Peter Cho is an Associate Lawyer at Smitiuch Injury Law. After articling with the firm, he was Called to the Bar on June 16, 2011. He will be working directly for Michael Smitiuch on personal injury matters.
Peter obtained his law degree (J.D.) from the Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto. During his three years at law school, he was a writer for the Osgoode Hall Newspaper, an Executive of the Korean Law Students Association, involved in the Osgoode Hall Law Union, and a member of Pro Bono Students Canada. Furthermore, he was a caseworker for Legal Aid Ontario; he volunteered at Parkdale and Rexdale Community Legal Services in Toronto, within the Social Assistance Violence and Health division.
