Michael Smitiuch is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2009, he is practicing personal injury law under the new firm name "Smitiuch Injury Law - Professional Corporation".

As far as the day-to-day operations of his firm are concerned, nothing will change. He will continue to represent injured victims and their families out of the same offices in Toronto and Brantford.
